Q: Are all your products new?

A: Yes, we only sell brand-new, factory-sealed products sourced directly from the manufacturer.

Q: How can I place an order?

A: Simply browse our website, select your products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping address and payment details to complete your order.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. All transactions are securely processed through Shopify Payments with encrypted SSL security.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. After processing, delivery typically takes 2-7 business days, depending on your location and order details.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: Currently, we only ship within the contiguous 48 U.S. states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, or internationally.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Items must be in their original condition. Custom or made-to-order products can only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective.

Q: How do I return an item?

A: To start a return, contact our customer service team for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number at sales@terraintek.com or call +1 888 850 6533. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Q: Do your products come with a warranty?

A: Yes, all our products include a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty details vary by brand and can be found on each product page.

Q: What should I do if my product arrives damaged or defective?

A: Report any damage or defects within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team. We will guide you through the replacement or refund process and may request photos of the issue.
